We encourage all our members to try each class for free, especially as we continue to add exciting new classes. If you're new to the class, please show up 5-10 minutes early to get acquainted with the instructor, sign in, and prepare for the class.

Fire Up Your Workout with New Classes at Your Club!
New Group Fitness Classes for Fall!
Dear Member,

 Now that fall is here, most of us will opt to exercise primarily indoors. Working out this fall and winter doesn't have to be boring with our new and still expanding group fitness schedule! Check out our class descriptions below to learn more about your club's group fitness schedule. Per request, we will update you with any changes to our schedule or new classes added.

 

Class Menu
 

Zumba: Come join the workout revolution! Dance your way into shape in this fun, upbeat, and effective class open to all levels.

Tuesday/Wednesday 6:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM, and Sunday 11:00 AM

  

Yoga: Join us for Hatha Yoga, the most common type of yoga ideal for beginners yet still challenging for those familiar with yoga. For those of you needing some relaxation, join us for restorative yoga on Saturdays to calm your body and mind.

Monday/Wednesday 7:30 AM, Tuesday/Thursday 7:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM

 

Functional Circuit Training: Come try our most popular class! Challenge your body with highly-effective circuit training, sculpting every muscle but also burning calories and fat by keeping your heart rate up and your muscles working!

Monday-Friday: 12-1:00, Wednesday/Friday 6:30 AM

 

Silver and Strong *New!*: Perfect for older members as well as the beginner exerciser, this low impact class will help increase balance, strength, flexibility, and range of movement. The class incorporates dumbbells, steps, yoga mats, and small aerobic balls to get you in shape!

Monday/Wednesday 11:00 AM

 

Introduction to Circuit Training *New!*: Circuit training is one of the most effective workouts, as it tones your body and builds muscle while still burning fat by keeping you moving. Come join our new class that will teach you the fundamentals of effective circuit training

  

Abs & Glutes: Keep your beach body all year long! This class will zone in on your core and derriere, toning and sculpting these major and often troublesome body parts using a variety of strength and resistance exercises.

 

Boot Camp: Let a personal trainer kick your butt! Boot camp is a highly effective workout class, as it challenges your body using new and unfamiliar exercises that will keep your muscles guessing (and burning!).

 

 

*NDG FIT Classes* 

 

The Dirty 30 *New!*: This 30 minute super sexy core class will have you gasping for breath! The Dirty 30 will tighten your abs for that sexy, long, and lean midsection you've always wanted! It includes mat work, body balls, and light weights, focusing on form, postures, breathing, and balance.

 

Beginners' Fierce and Fit Boot Camp *New!*: Perfect for those new to NDG Fit! This class will increase your strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and focus while burning fat and losing inches! The class blends elements of diva kickboxing, extreme booty boot camp, and the dirty 30, to prepare you for other NDG Fit classes. This total body workout will help strengthen and define your muscles, while also relieving stress and improving posture, flexibility, and wellness.

 

Diva Kickboxing *New!*: This popular and fun class incorporates high cardio, with movements such as side kicks and knee strikes, while also targeting and toning your leg, butt, and abdominal muscles. Kick butt like a diva!

 

Cardio Kick *New!*: The same as Diva Kickboxing, but for the guys too!  

 

Extreme Booty Boost *New!*: A class specially catered to get your butt to lift high high in the sky! A quick warm-up to start, followed by a combination of cardio, jump squats, plea squats, more squats and leg raises. Hit the floor for total body booty boosting, then core work. This class targets: Legs, Butt

 

The Stiletto Workout *New!*: The Stiletto Workout is a calisthenics-style workout, with dancer-inspired exercises that create lean curves using only your body weight and stilettos as resistance. Minimal equipment is used, with a strong emphasis on posture and core strength, as this is needed to get the best results, and the ability to walk sexy and gracefully in your highest of heels.

Stiletto Workout Intro The same as the Stiletto workout above just at a slower pace, with more focus on balance and posture.
