New Growth, New Opportunities

Dear Friends,

A concern I often hear from our clients going through divorce is that they feel like failures because their marriages ended. They wonder if they didn't try hard enough or if they should've been able to make it work. They feel embarrassed, broken, and defeated. But here's my message to those folks:

You are not a failure just because your marriage failed.

Sometimes you’ve exhausted yourself trying to make things work when you and your spouse are fundamentally different. Sometimes it doesn’t matter how much effort you’ve put in because your spouse has already given up on trying to fix your marriage. Sometimes you realize you’ve just put up with too much, and you deserve something better.

Divorce doesn’t mean failure. Sometimes it’s what’s best for yourself and your family.

By taking steps to move forward, you're showing your children – and yourself – that you have what it takes to create positive change in your lives. Divorce isn't easy, but it can pave the way for a happier, healthier future. You have the power to take control of your life and change it for the better.

You don’t have to do this alone. Our team is here to empower you to envision your best future and guide you there. If you'd like to speak with one of our compassionate attorneys about your options, give our office a call!

As always, you can reach our office at (770) 425-5573 or by visiting our website agentrylawfirmgeorgia.com. Head to our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts for more.

All the best,

Is Mediation Right For You?

Divorce mediation is a process that allows divorcing couples to meet with a specially-trained, neutral third-party to discuss and resolve common divorce-related issues. Mediation is typically less stressful and less expensive than a divorce trial, and it usually proceeds much faster. Because you and your spouse have the final say over your divorce matters, mediation also allows couples to maintain the power and control in their divorce, as opposed to asking a judge to decide.
