About the Program

This two-part seminar is aimed at assisting trial attorneys understand the nuances of settlement planning associated with lien resolutions, special needs trusts, ABLE accounts, public benefits, financial planning, estate planning, the role of the Probate Court in death claims and for individuals who lack capacity, and a short segment on structured settlement pitfalls.
