UVL is pleased to announce that effective March 21st, Aanica Scavella joined the Human Resources Department in the capacity of Human Resources Manager for UVL Bahamas.

In her role as Human Resources Manager, Aanica will coordinate the overall operations of the Bahamas HR Department to provide proactive, results-oriented HR service to the organization.

Aanica has over 19 years' experience in Human Resources, having served as HR Assistant, HR Specialist and HR Manager. She has expertise in Human Resources Administration, Employee & Labour Relations, Job Analysis, Recruitment, Selection and Contract Management, Compensation and Performance Management.

She earned a BA in Management from College of St. Benedict, St. Joseph and a MS in Human Resources Development from Barry University.

UCHL is pleased to announce that effective March 7, Tiggy Bonham joined the Human Resources Department in the capacity of HR Manager UK & Europe.

In her role as HR Manager, Tiggy will coordinate the overall operations of the UK and European HR, helping provide specialist HR and Organizational Development support, guidance, and advice to staff to ensure that our practices enhance staff experience and outcomes to support the company in becoming an ‘employer of choice.’

Tiggy has over 7 years’ experience in Human Resources having served as HR Manager at Simpson Travel and has a wealth of experience in Customer Service and Office Management from prior roles. During her time at Simpson Travel Tiggy qualified as a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) gaining a level 5 CIPD qualification.
