 As some of you know I have three Hathor guides so I'm always thrilled when Tom Kenyon downloads a new recording from the Hathors. This new 9 minute recording called Restoration came through in February and I've been listening to it before sleep and on waking using earbuds, which they recommend for best effect. Soul Colour Healing - Aura Soma

 I love essential oils and colour as a way of nourishing more of our senses. They awaken parts of the brain and the emotional body which help us to reconnect with the divine.
