As someone who relocated from Florida to Connecticut in 2012, I loved getting recommendations from the locals. They have shared the best restaurants to try, vendors to hire for services needed, amazing little shops to visit, and all of their favorite places to frequent. If you happen to love wandering around a lovely downtown area like we do, you should definitely stroll through Wallingford. Main Street & Center Street feature a great mix of retails, services, bars. and eateries.
Mr. D's is a great stop if you want a little sugary goodness. They have a lovely little store you can look through with fresh baked goods, candies, coffee. and ice cream. They even offer treats just for you four legged friends. and birthday party options for the kiddos.
We have tried the ice cream and some of their baked treats- everything has been delicious, my puppy seems to really enjoy the pupcakes as well! They are located at 50 North Main Street, in Wallingford, or click here to find out more and see their menu.
