3 Most important things to consider when choosing a Home

  1. THE LOCATION- Make sure you love the town, neighborhood, street, and the lot the home is on. You can make many changes to a home, but the location can't be changed.
  2. STYLE- Another thing that you can't easily change is the design of the home, if you really love a certain style, then find something similar- or you may have regrets down the line.
  3. CONDITION- This is a very individual decision, some buyers want to just turn the key and move in to their perfect home; while others may want to do some renovations, be them small or large, to make it their perfect home. If you decide to take on a fixer upper, make sure you are comfortable with the scope of work needed to make it your perfect home.
