You may recognize the word helix in relation to the double helix of our physical DNA. The helix is a smooth curvature that creates a motion of spinning, spiraling, twisting or whirling while holding its central axis in place. For example, its helical structure helps maintain the shape of its molecules. Thus, the 'Helix of Enlightened Health' creates a powerful fluid latticework from which our bodies can reveal their infinite points of connection through space and matter, time, synergy and source.
