New hire and promotion announcements are an important part of making employees feel welcomed, appreciated and rewarded. These announcements are especially important in keeping all colleagues informed of the changes and growth at Odyssey. To facilitate the timely distribution of these announcements, we've established the following to help standardize and streamline these requests.
Submitting Your Request:

Requests should be submitted here, 5 days prior to the required release date (release dates should be the effective promotion date or the day after a new hire starts)
Announcement Requirements:
- Written Announcement
- Professional Headshot
- Name and title of the sender of the announcement for the signature line
- List of the BUs/locations that should receive this announcement
Approval:
- A final draft will be sent for your review and approval

Once you've approved, we will need additional approval from Laura Sheehy along with the sender of the announcement (name in signature line)
- Please note, announcements will not be sent without proper approval
