Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention

The class is designed to support joints, to help improve strength, flexibility and balance, and to reduce pain, stiffness, and the risk of falls. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn a healing practice that you can continue to do daily. This Event is currently closed to new sign-ups. Go on an Animal Safari in Kruger National Park, visit Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, and partake in other amazing sights.

New Horizons is looking for volunteers to assist us with our Lunch Program.
If you are available regularly on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, or are willing to be on call, please give us a call at our Main Number (610 664-2366), and leave a message with your contact information. We are also looking for someone to assist Agnes Palena with Healthy Exercise on
Mondays or Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
