IASA is pleased to announce the release of a new dynamic learning opportunity, "Pathway to the Superintendency: Foundations in Leadership and Vision."

This is a foundational course in a superintendent development pathway program (click here to learn more), designed to support building-level and central office administrators as they chart their future to district leadership. Please share this email with aspiring leaders in your district who would benefit from this opportunity.

This hybrid course will introduce participants to the core competencies and mindsets essential for aspiring superintendents, focusing on the School Leader Paradigm framework to develop skills in vision-building, equity-centered decision-making, and personal resilience.

Using the paradigm's continuous cycle of inquiry, this course will support emerging leaders in their journey toward the superintendency.

Join a supportive community where networking meets professional growth, creating breakthrough moments that will reshape your path forward.

Presenters: Dr. Dawn Bridges, IASA Associate Director of Professional Learning; Dr. Bhavna Sharma-Lewis, superintendent of Diamond Lake SD #76; Dr. Victor Zimmerman, IASA Field Services Director.
