“The year 2020 is one that will be long remembered by everyone," said Ebrar Reaux, LAENI president. "It has been so disappointing to see all of the events and festivals, which bring so much joy to our community being cancelled. However, we are very ecstatic that we are able to have the Running of the Bulls event.
"Through the determination of Brinkley Lopez and her committee, along with our Board of Directors, we are happy to once again spotlight New Iberia's rich Spanish culture and history. Please consider joining us, donning your favorite facemask, while practicing social distancing! It should be lots of fun.
"I would also like to express a sincere thank you to all of our sponsors and supporters. Please know how deeply appreciated you are. We look forward to seeing everyone at our next Spanish Festival scheduled for April 16-18, 2021."
