Voters passed Proposition S in April, allowing MSD to create its first regional stormwater fund and begin addressing flooding and erosion problems. For non-residential customers, a new billing structure will start in February 2025. MSD has created an application that allows customers to view their estimated monthly stormwater charge and submit a request to correct any inaccuracies in impervious surface data.
