South Florida Arts & Counseling (SFAC)
This week, we’re proud to highlight South Florida Arts & Counseling (SFAC), a nonprofit organization that uses music and the arts to educate, support mental health, and promote overall well-being. SFAC helps musically and artistically inclined individuals strengthen their skills while enhancing vocational abilities through music and art instruction. Their telehealth program incorporates contemporary counseling approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, family systems therapy, trauma-focused methods, motivational interviewing, conflict resolution, psychodynamic approaches, and more.
