The National Association of Police Athletic/Activities Leagues Board of Directors is please to announce that Jeff Hood has been appointed as the Interim Executive Director of National PAL. With the departure of the past Executive Director (announced in the Spring Newsletter), the National PAL Board decided that it would be in the best interest of the organization to immediately appoint an Interim Executive Director to continue to build on the success that we have had over the past year.

"We are grateful that the National PAL's interim executive director comes from within; he brings talent and experience, as well as continuity; we appreciate his hard work ethic, professionalism and integrity" Barbara Bonilla, National PAL's board president, said. "We know Jeff Hood to be strategic and proactive and are confident the National PAL's services and programs will continue to be a tremendous success under his leadership."

The National PAL Board Of  Directors will be conducting a nationwide Executive Director search in the upcoming months. Jeff Hood has resigned from the National PAL Board of the Directors and the Board President will be making appointments to fill the vacancies. An announcement will be released when those appointments are finalized.

The National PAL Board Of Directors would like to thank all of you for your support and feedback during this time.   We plan to continue to work hard as a board to move the National Association of Police Athletic/Activities Leagues, Inc. forward on a national level while also securing more benefits and resources for our chapter members.
