We are excited to share some wonderful news—Staged Interior has officially merged with Stage Craft! This exciting step forward allows us to continue growing while offering our clients an even broader selection of stylish, high-quality furniture and accessories.

Through this merge, we now have access to all of Stage Craft’s inventory, further expanding our collection of furnishings, artwork, and décor. SWEET SUCCESS

Staging So Good, the Buyer Bought It All

We’re thrilled to celebrate a remarkable collaboration with CR Custom Homes and the unforgettable success story that followed. Our latest staging project at 1742 Atoga Avenue in McLean beautifully captures what happens when expert design meets extraordinary architecture.

Once the staging was complete, this home didn’t just sell—it came furnished. The buyer loved the look so much that they purchased almost every single piece of furniture and accessory we styled within the home.

Inside, the home is spacious and thoughtfully laid out—designed for busy families yet elegant enough to host guests with ease. Each room has been crafted with purpose, offering a balance of formal elegance and everyday comfort.

The formal dining room immediately sets the stage for gatherings, with space to host everything from intimate dinners to holiday celebrations. Across the hall, the formal living room provides a refined yet welcoming spot to greet guests or enjoy quiet conversation.

At the heart of the home, an open-concept floor plan blends the family room, gourmet kitchen, and informal dining area. The flow is effortless, making it easy to cook, entertain, or simply relax together. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, while the layered staging added warmth and a sense of connection.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom suite is a true sanctuary, with soft tones and luxurious details that create a calming escape.

Practicality hasn’t been overlooked either. The mudroom includes thoughtful storage solutions and even a dedicated pet shower area, a rare and welcome feature for pet owners. It’s touches like these that make the home not only beautiful, but deeply functional for everyday living.

This sale was more than a transaction—it was a validation of what expert staging brings to the table. With almost every item embraced and kept by the new owner, we were reminded that great staging creates more than beauty—it creates connection.

Congratulations to the seller, the buyer, and our team for bringing this spectacular journey full circle. Homes that tell a story—and feel like home—always leave a lasting impression.

TRICK OF THE TRADES

Protecting Corners During a Move

When it comes to moving large furniture through tight spaces, one small mistake can leave behind scuffs, dents, or chipped paint on walls and corners. That’s why our team always comes prepared with corner protectors—a simple yet highly effective tool that makes a big difference.

This small step not only saves walls from damage but also prevents delays and extra repair costs for homeowners and agents. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes details that may seem minor, but it’s a perfect example of the extra care we put into every staging project.

At Staged Interior, we believe staging isn’t just about bringing in beautiful furniture—it’s also about respecting the property and leaving it in excellent condition from start to finish. Sometimes, the simplest tricks are the most effective.
