Tidal Wood Food and Forage is the business of Joel Bos in Juneau. They are dedicated to harvesting wild foraged foods and growing fresh vegetables. They have a hobby garden and forage foods from the woods and low tides of the beach. Tidal Wood Food and Forage believes in local food for local people everywhere. Tidal Wood Food and Forage knows the plants, and peak seasons of the year to collect wild foraged foods.

All vegetable farming practices are organic, and all foraging practices are sustainable.  Less than 10% of all wild plants and seaweeds are harvested in a given area.

By following sustainable harvesting practices Tidal Wood Food and Forage continues to allow for yearly harvests.

This week they are offering Fucus and Bull Kelp Blade and Fucus Furikake, Dehydrated Fucus, Spruce Trip Syrup, Pineapple Weed Tea, Dehydrated Nettles, and Tomato Starts.

Have a great weekend!
