Ensures IT application development process disciplines (solution delivery, project management, work requests, QA, monitoring and alerting, etc.) and standards are established, effectively managed, and performed.
Learn the latest tools and standards within Customer Identity access management and cloud technology; operationalize product with security and ensure standards/metrics are constantly being evaluated.
Manage and mentor junior developers.
Provide technical architecture recommendations for solutions and customer data.
Play a key role in formulating and following the procedures for test-driven development.
HR administration, Time Reporting, etc.
Provide leadership by establishing department and individual goals.
Responsible for assessing and recommending improvements to the organization's structure, roles, and responsibilities.
