LAHSA is launching new Document Acquisitions Training series starting September 6th. This training will cover acquisitions, standards, and best practices on documents essential for obtaining permanent housing.


In this 2-hour training, the following documents will be covered:


  • Photo ID- (California ID, AB 60, Consulate ID)
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • DD 214
  • Homelessness Verification
  • Verification of Disability

LAHSA is the lead agency in the HUD-funded Los Angeles Continuum of Care, and coordinates and manages federal, state, county, and city funds for programs providing shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness.
