What is the offer?

How does it work?
Once the Customer has earned their free month, Ultra will automatically apply renewal credit in the amount of a Single-Month plan of their current plan.
Promotion Rules:
- Available to New Customers only, who activate select Ultra Single and Multi-Month plans. They must fund the plan within the promo period to qualify for credit.
- Credit will be applied on the day after their 3rd month begins on the eligible Ultra Single or Multi-Month plan (day 61).
- Customers need to stay in active status, and cannot go into suspend in order to stay qualified for the promotion.
- Customer must be a new subscriber who has not been an Ultra Customer during the past 90 days; ie. the phone number cannot have been active in our system within the last 90 days.
- Device was not recently on Ultra Mobile network: Customers device cannot have been active with Ultra Mobile within the last 90 days.
- For Single-Month Activations, Customers must remain on an eligible, activated Single-Month plan.
- Customers can change their data allotment either up or down.
