Corporate Transparency Act Filings Due Soon

Enacted in 2021, the act aims to enhance transparency in entity structures and ownership, combatting money laundering, tax fraud and other illicit activities. The deadline for corporations and LLCs to complete their filings is January 1, 2025.

HHM recently welcomed Keith Petersen as an associate lawyer in the Warren office. Keith focuses on civil litigation, estate planning and probate matters. He left a smaller Cleveland firm to join HHM.

The Panerathon raises funds for the Joanie Abdu Comprehensive Breast Care Center at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.
