Major Lewis Neff,  Spearheaded the Support Group 25 years ago!
Lew was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 44 and lived for 9 years with the disease.  During those 9  years Lew did many things, including spearheading our support group.  He was recognized by ALSA WI Chapter, as the man who "left no stone unturned"

In February, the Lewis Neff Girls Trust Fund presented both the ALS Support Group and the Chippewa Valley Bible Church with checks in honor of Lew.  He left a great legacy of reaching out to support PALS and their families.  We intend to keep his legacy alive until ALS is cured!
Thoughts from Sally Sweet
Our first walk-n-wheel-a-thon was back in the 1990's.  I was hesitant to undertake the event and thought it might not be worth the effort.  Was I ever wrong!  We had 65 people attend and raised over $12,000!!

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE POWER OF LOVE !

Your family and friends have seen your struggle and are longing for an opportunity to help.  This is one way they can!

We're looking forward to seeing you all
on June 11 at the Northern Wisconsin Fair Grounds in Chippewa Falls.  Your donations will keep Lew Neff's legacy alive.
