2024 Dues Billing Posted - Deadline to Enroll in Payment Plan is Nov. 8th

The 2024 Dues Invoice is available in your NHMR Member Portal account and a Dues Notice has been emailed to each member. (Dues bills will NOT be mailed).The balance is due by January 31, 2024, giving Members ample time to pay. Members who pay by the due date will receive a free CE class through NHMR in 2024.

New Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Affidavit in Effect

Connecticut state law requires property owners to have detectors, yet sellers may not be complying with that state law. The new law extends to condos and town homes and eliminates the option for a $250 seller credit. The rationale for the detector requirement is to save lives – and there was no obligation in the former law for buyers to use the credit to purchase detectors.
