Lake Point Property Management is excited to introduce ourselves as the new management of the Finney Crossing Home Owners Association.
Lake Point Property Management is a Burlington based customized management services company. We manage buildings and communities in Chittenden, Lamoille, Washington, Franklin, and Addison counties. We take pride in building and maintaining relationships while promoting the success of our clients.
While we are transitioning, we would like to present the following detailed sheet with contact information for maintenance requests, emergencies and HOA due payments and key staff introductions.

We take pride in our team, which holds 50+ years of management experience, as well as a diversity of skills to deliver first class management and resolve community challenges. We’d like to take a moment to introduce some of staff:
Rich oversees the Lake Point team, bringing a decade plus of property management experience to our clients. Rich holds two home owner association management designations from the Community Association Managers International Certification Board.
Matthew Fitzpatrick, Property Manager
Matt holds over ten years of property management experience, including managing an 81-unit residential community in Burlington. He comes with experience in operations, customer relations and project management.
Ellen Sheehey, Property Coordinator
Ellen ensures a smooth process when addressing home owner concerns and coordinating vendor activity. Ellen brings many years of exceptional customer service to her role as the first point of contact for those who call us.
Josh Terreberry, Maintenance Manager
Josh holds ten years of property management experience. He currently manages day to day maintenance operations and home owner relations of work orders. As an educated Master Gardner, Josh also enjoys the community landscaping services.
Spencer Lefebvre & Matt Hagen, Maintenance Technicians
Both Spencer and Matt hold a broad experience in building maintenance, painting and grounds activities, all delivered in a professional and courteous manner.
Don Forgays, Master Builder
Don Forgays has been in carpentry and construction for thirty plus years. Don has remodeled homes and delivered beautiful additions. Don brings a high level of experience and attention to every project that may help home owners make a townhouse their home.
