This week has been informative and helpful to decide how to move forward starting in September. Thank you for your time in filling out the first survey we sent out.
Starting Monday, August 31 the following changes will be in place:
Masks
All members will be required to wear a mask in the gym at all times during the following hours:
Monday: 2:00-3:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:00-10:30 am
Wednesday: 2:00-3:30 pm
Thursday: 9:00-10:30 am
Friday: 2:00-3:30 pm
*This excludes the group fitness & spin room for a virtual class IF you are the only person in there. All other hours will continue with current mask guidelines.
Extended Hours
We are adding more time in the evening for you all! The new hours are as follows:
Monday: 6:00 am - 7:30 pm
Tuesday: 6:00 am - 7:30 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 am - 7:30 pm
Thursday: 6:00 am - 7:30 pm
Friday: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
We hope this provides a little additionally time for you to get in for your workouts. As demand requires, we will continue to extend hours through fall/winter.
On Demand Classes
For those of you that partake (or used to) in any of our Les Mills classes in a normal setting, in addition to our schedule virtual classes that allow 5, we are now offering an on demand option for 1.
What does this mean?
On demand is set up so that you get to choose which class you do and for how long. We have limited this class size to 1 person so that you have an opportunity to get in your favorite workout without having other people in the room with you.
The online schedule has been updated. You can come in for one of the following Spin Classes: Les Mills Sprint, RPM, or The Trip. Or you can come in and pick from one of the following Group Ex Room Classes: Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, or Sh'Bam (a dance inspired workout).
The choice is yours! Be sure to check which room you are signing up for for an On Demand class. They are labeled accordingly.
Fall Fitness Challenge
Be sure to snag your spot in the Fall Fitness Challenge. There are only a couple weeks left to sign up!
The challenge starts October 5th and runs through November 15th. The best part is you can do this challenge from home! The Basic Plan offers workouts written by our trainers to get you moving without the hassle of coming into the gym.
