Please note below in the Upcoming Meetings section that the TPO Board (January 8) and TPO Committees (January 7) will meet in January.

In Memoriam: James Bennett

In December we lost longtime TPO Board Member and transportation agency partner James Bennett. We are grateful for the time we shared with him over 20 years during his tenures at FDOT, RS&H and JAXPORT. His vision, expertise, collaborative spirit and kindness made a tremendous positive, enduring impact on our region and all he touched. We will miss him and send our deepest condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

Reminder - Call for Studies

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is the North Florida TPO’s two-year planning and operational budget.

It describes the TPO’s upcoming studies and administrative tasks and details the funding sources. You can learn more about the UPWP and types of studies we conduct in the resources provided.

Please send your recommendations for new studies in the upcoming fiscal year 2026/2027 to Clark Letter by January 23.
