Our Center is gearing back up after Covid, and are slowly but surely resuming our core programming, including twice weekly Tai Chi, SAIL Fitness, Bingo, the Highsteppers walking groups, and Pinochle.

We offer a yoga and movement class, TOPS weight loss program, crafting and card-making, the Silver Quills writing group, and many other on-demand activities and opportunities for our senior community to enjoy in a congregate setting.

We're working closely with the Humboldt Senior Resource Center, Area 1 Agency on Aging, North Coast Opportunities, and other local and state agencies in order to bring existing resources to our Center. We're working to bring Senior Planet, an AARP senior technology program, to the Center in Q4 of this year, as well as expanded nutritional services through the HSRC.

We are also collaborating with Redwood Community Pharmacy to host flu vaccination clinics.

Look for us to grow and prosper as time goes forward, Covid winds down, and more of our demographic becomes less Covid-cautious.
