LGE Class XXVIII Spotlight
Name: Angel Molina
Hometown: Johnson City, Kansas
Family: Single, with a few pet horses.
Occupation/Profession : Loan Officer for Interbank . I attempt to help people achieve their goals.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever received? : Remember son, you are no better than anyone, but can be just as good as anyone. Leave your feet on the ground, treat people with respect, and always give back. The rest will come.
What qualities do you look for in a leader?: I believe the best quality a leader can have is being a people's person. Sure, a resume can be impressive, but ultimately the way you treat, handle, and work with people is what truly matters.
If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for? : If they could turn "the amount of times being pulled over in a lifetime" into an Olympic sport, I would definitely be well on my way to Gold. I might've played Mario Kart a little too much back in the day.
Favorite thing about Enid : I think Enid is unique in being one of the bigger cities in Oklahoma, yet still having the small town feel to it. It reminds me a lot of Stillwater, and I really like that.
Name: Anthony Rodebush
Hometown: Whippany, New Jersey
Family: Married to Jessica, with three kids: Liam (8), Sweden (7), Braunson (5).
Occupation/Profession: Chief Operating Officer/Hospital Administration at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center. My job is to ensure efficient operations of the hospital. This requires a mid-to-high range level of subject matter expertise in all areas of hospital management.
What is the best piece of advice you've ever received? : "Climb the mountains and get their good tidings." - John Muir
What qualities do you look for in a leader?: Probably the single greatest predictor of a leader's success is whether or not they are adaptive. If a leader enjoys learning, is comfortable taking calculated risks, and can work well with others, they will succeed. Sufficient time and resources is vital but an adaptive leader creates those.
If you could turn any activity into an Olympic sport, what would you have a good chance at winning a medal for?: Basically, you're asking me to divulge my super powers...and well...that's not gonna happen. You'll just have to ask my kids. If they say I don't have any...I might be a precog.
Favorite thing about Enid: The storms!
