NEW MINDSET, NEW SOLUTIONS | |
In my role as an attention coach, I see "mindset" as the foundation of your thought process. Your mindset acts as the lens through which you perceive and react to the world, essentially determining what appears obvious to you. When tackling challenges, many of us with ADHD seek solutions like step-by-step instructions or quick-fix strategies. But this approach often falls short, and only a handful of us truly grasp the essence and potency of altering our mindset.
Please read my blog post, "New Mindset, New Solutions," for more insights. Don't merely seek quick fixes, but invest in changing your mindset. If the obvious solutions are not working, chances are you need to shift your mindset! Remember... a shift in your way of thinking can unlock solutions and untapped potential. https://digcoaching.com/new-mindset-new-solutions/
