Our model homes allow real estate investors to buy at pre-completion pricing, immediately lease the property and potentially sell high. By utilizing our model leasebacks, investors can cover much of the cost associated with the home, receive free maintenance and keep the investment property pristine during the life of the lease.

 

Most leaseback programs are for a period of 1-2 years but on occasion the leaseback can be extended or even shortened. 

 

Many clients interested in retiring in the Sarasota/Manatee area have taken advantage of other model homes in our leaseback programs "now", instead of waiting 2-3 years down the road when they officially retire.
