Now, here's the best part. Since our model homes are built in the early stages of the development of new communities, they can often be purchased at a lower price than subsequent phases. Unlike a typical investment property scenario, with a model home leaseback you don't have to worry about tenants ruining the carpeting or letting the landscaping deteriorate. 

John Cannon Homes is your tenant and we'll keep the property looking its very best, inside and out! We'll maintain the property at our expense, so it always looks brand new. As well as when you do take possession, the home for all practical purposes is new.  It has never been lived in and comes with a 2-year warranty.

Thinking of investing?

Our model homes allow real estate investors to buy at pre-completion pricing, immediately lease the property and potentially sell high. By utilizing our model leasebacks, investors can cover much of the cost associated with the home, receive free maintenance and keep the investment property pristine during the life of the lease.

Most leaseback programs are for a period of 1-2 years but on occasion the leaseback can be extended or even shortened. 

Many clients interested in retiring in the Sarasota/Manatee area have taken advantage of other model homes in our leaseback programs "now", instead of waiting 2-3 years down the road when they officially retire. Who knows what the real estate market will be like 2-3 years from now. In a few years these model homes will no longer be available and that community will most likely be sold out. Should you choose to build that model in another community it could cost substantially more and might be priced out of your comfort zone.
