We’re excited to announce the release of Motomix Plus 3 Version 1.1.96, packed with key improvements:

• Updated TDS/SDS documents
• Enhanced formula import/export – now supports large quantities
• New warning message for small toner amount – alerts when an OEM formula contains less than 0.3g of a toner, preventing potential color matching issues
• The spectro software now includes capability to work with a new Spectro that will be released in the coming month

We strongly recommend downloading and installing this update to take advantage of these enhancements. To make the process easy, we've included a step-by-step tutorial video below. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Important Download Instructions

Installing the Software

Exporting Custom Formulas & Prices

You do not need to uninstall the previous version of the software. Your custom formulas and pricing will automatically transfer to the new version. However, we strongly recommend exporting your stock, prices, and custom formulas before downloading the update to prevent any potential data loss.

If you are installing the software on a computer for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a password: 891V7S (all caps). If you have previously entered this password—for example, when extending the Motomix license in December 2024—you will not need to enter it again.

Motomix Plus 3 is compatible only with Windows and requires a 1.6 GHz or faster 64-bit (x64) processor.

Kindly note that all cloud users are required to download the new Spectro Cloud Application to have access to these improvements. Here are the steps to follow when downloading the new app:

1. Log in to your Motomix cloud account.

2. Proceed to the "Spectro Jobs" section.

3. Click on the link "Download Spectro Cloud Application" located at the bottom of the section

4. The app will begin downloading automatically. Once it's complete, click to open the Spectro App.

5. Log in to the spectro application using your Motomix cloud account login credentials.

Upgrade to the Cloud

While we encourage all our customers to install the latest version of our PC software, we also want to highlight our Motomix Cloud app as an alternative option. Our cloud-based software allows real-time collaboration, data sharing, and improved mobility for users. Additionally, the cloud software doesn't require manual installations or updates, as our dedicated cloud software developers manage all app maintenance and updates, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
