New Chief of NCCPD badged Tuesday night
Colonel Jamie Leonard officially became the new Chief of the New Castle County Division of Police after his nomination to the post was confirmed by the New Castle County Council on Tuesday night. Black History program at Walnut St. YMCA tomorrow
New Castle County's annual Black History Month Program will kick off the month tomorrow, February 1st, at the Walnut Street YMCA. The event runs from 11am to 2pm and features musical and dance performances, children's activities and a small business market.
