Our Western United Life Assurance Company name has changed to Western United Life Insurance Company. The reason for the change was due to the re-domestication of the Company from the state of Washington to the state of Texas. As part of the re-domestication, Texas required that “Insurance” be part of the Company name. We sent you a letter with an enclosed endorsement to keep with your Producer Contract.

Beginning on April 7th, 2025, the new Company name will appear on all of our digital platforms, systems, marketing collateral, and correspondence. We will also send letters regarding the name change to all contract owners, along with an endorsement to keep with their annuity contracts.

This change will not impact the great service you expect from our Annuity Operations office in Spokane, Washington. We appreciate our loyal producers and clients. We strive to provide unparalleled service to meet every need.

Updated commission schedules and all other forms will be available in the Annuity Producer Center (APC) by Monday, April 7, 2025. If you have questions, you may contact me, your Regional Vice President, or our Annuity Marketing Administration team. You may also visit the APC at ManhattanLife.com anytime to access your clients’ annuity contract information, training material, commission statements, and other useful tools.
