Property Management and Legal Representative Authorization Form: OUR Florida program policy requires that the property management company or legal representative, must show authorization to receive rent payments, such as a contract, memorandum of agreement, or memorandum of understanding. This form provides required details on the buildings and units covered by an existing contract or agreement.
In recent weeks, FAA has heard from several members who are experiencing difficulties with the OUR Florida Program. In response to these concerns, FAA has communicated these issues and has scheduled a meeting with the Florida Department of Children and Families to discuss potential resolutions. FAA will communicate to members updates related to the OUR Florida Program and the application process as they arise.
What is the OUR Florida Program?
TheOUR Florida Programis currently accepting applications from housing providers and renters in need of assistance. FAA members with technical questions or application issues are encouraged to call the hotline at 833-493-0594 for assistance. The hotline is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
