Contribute to E-Bike Study Underway

The TPO is conducting an e-bike pilot study for Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and Jacksonville Beach to identify the impact of e-bikes on residents and visitors, and explore options for safely allowing e-bikes to operate within each city. The study will identify safety concerns, regulatory options and other measures to keep the community and e-bike riders safe.


We need your input! If you or a child under the age of 18 in your home owns, rents or uses e-bikes, please share your experience in our survey by February 10.

Feb. 28: Bold City Showdown

Apply for a Better Bike Share Partnership Mini Grant!

PeopleForBikes is now accepting applications for projects that will break down barriers and increase access to shared bikes and scooters.


They will support nonprofits, community-based organizations, cities, transit agencies and shared mobility operators with grants of $10,000–$20,000. Partnerships of these organizations are preferred and applications are due March 2, 2026.
