Environmental Health Services is transitioning to a new online portal to streamline the process of managing your facilities.
In November, our office mailed postcards (click here to reference the postcard) to your business' address in an attempt to collect an email address to designate as the primary user for your business account.
Thank you if you responded. No further action is needed at this time. You will receive additional instructions on setting up your account in the coming weeks.
If you did not respond already, we still need your information. Please complete the form by January 15, 2024.

- The form will ask for your account ID#. Refer to your postcard for the account ID# printed on the address label.

If you did not receive a postcard, call our office at (650) 372-6200 during business hours Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. or email envhealth@smcgov.org and request assistance with locating your account ID# to complete the form.
It is critical that we collect the correct email address to designate as the primary user for your business account. The primary user will be responsible for managing your business' online account, permits, billing, and adding or editing additional users and level of account access.
