Summer Sermon Series

Growing Season: Cultivating the Fruit of the Spirit

Summer is a season of growth. Gardens flourish, crops mature, and fruit begins to appear. In the same way, the Holy Spirit works within believers to cultivate a Christ-shaped life. The fruit of the Spirit is not a list of achievements but the natural result of a life rooted in God's grace. Throughout this nine-week series, we will explore how the Spirit grows these qualities in us and how they shape our work, witness, and walk with Jesus.

This Week “Free to Choose”

1 Corinthians 9:24-27

Horizons Women's Bible Study

Horizons Women’s Bible Study

First Tuesday of the month, starting September 2

10:00 a.m. in the Living Room

All ladies are invited to this year’s Horizons Women’s Bible Study, United Through Christ, Bound to Each Other, by Rhonda Mawhood Jee. Join Pastor Kat as we explore First Corinthians, written to a diverse church struggling with conflict and division. Together, we will explore familiar passages on the Lord’s Supper, spiritual gifts, and love within the larger context of Paul’s call to unity in Christ. This study invites us to consider how God’s life-giving love can shape the way we live, serve, and remain faithful together today.

Books are available in the church office or at the first session for $14. Questions? Contact
Pastor Kat.
