Happy New Year! 2025 was an amazing year and your Chamber team is extremely excited about new opportunities ahead for our members in 2026!

This year marks the Chamber’s seventieth anniversary serving the Lancaster County business community! To help celebrate this historic milestone, our Annual Gala on February 5^th is going to be the biggest ever! Celebrate 70 years of the Lancaster County Chamber at the 2026 Annual Gala! This milestone event will be held at the Gateway Conference Center and feature the presentation of the 2025 awards, live music, a silent auction, giveaways, and special tributes honoring our legacy.

Chamber Travel Program!

The Lancaster County Chamber’s Travel Program is a beloved annual tradition that offers community members the chance to explore exciting destinations around the world—no Chamber membership required!

The Lancaster County Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the University of South Carolina Lancaster, is proud to announce our 2026 international Chamber Trip plus Study Abroad experience. Departing May 11, 2026, this nine-day trip will experience the breathtaking highlights of England, Scotland, and Wales!

The itinerary includes major cities and landmarks such as Edinburgh, York, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Bristol, Cardiff, Bath, and London.

Through this unique partnership with the University, the Chamber’s travelers may also enroll in the course! The course will begin with an online portion May 4-8, 2026 and then continue during the trip with faculty-led lectures and group discussions. The course allows travelers to deepen their understanding of the history and significance of the sites they will visit on the trip.

Leadership Lancaster

One of the goals of the Chamber’s Leadership Lancaster program is to develop strong, current and future leaders for Lancaster County, and the annual Beach Retreat plays a big role in that journey! This experience challenges participants to grow as teammates, leaders, and individuals while gaining a deeper understanding of their community and themselves.

It’s a weekend of learning how others work, gaining new perspectives, and discovering more about yourself as a leader. Participants walk away with lessons that stick—like learning to collaborate with different work styles, stepping back when someone else is better suited to lead, and seeing situations through the eyes of others in their society.
