Dear Valued PrePass Customer,

We are pleased to let you know that our newly designed easy-to-read PrePass invoice will be ready effective November 1st 2020!
Helpful features include:
  1. Account Summary Section showing the prior month’s balance and total payments received.
  2. Current Month Summary showing totals for service charges, tolling and other charges as applicable.
  3. Cumulative Services Graph showing your cumulative PrePass services usage over time.
  4. Daily Summary of transactions per day.
  5. Invoice Summary showing the payment amount now due.
With the redesigned invoice, PrePass will send your “Invoice Summary Only”. The details for tolls, equipment and devices will no longer be sent by mail however, they will continue to be available at MYPREPASS, your online self-serve dashboard. If you don’t already have an online account, please register for your MYPREPASS account so that you can continue to access these details.

You can register for a MYPREPASS account and log in at https://secure.prepass.com. If you have questions or require technical support, please call us at 1-800-PREPASS (option 7, then option 3) or Live Chat with us through MYPREPASS.
To access your invoice details, select YES to go PAPERLESS!
YES, I WANT TO GO PAPERLESS WITH PREPASS INVOICES!
NOT AT THIS TIME
You can also choose to go Paperless, you will receive an email to let you know when your next invoice is available on MYPREPASS, your online Self-Serve Dashboard.

Log in to MYPREPASS to view and download your invoice, make an online payment or get set up for autopay.
