Beginning on Monday, 11/18/24, and rolling out over the next several weeks, Scott Electric is offering new “Hybrid” and “Stow and Go Hybrid” parallel reels. Hybrid reels feature a single compartment that spins independently, with three or four compartments that are a single unit like a “Standard” parallel reel. Stow and Go Hybrid reels are Hybrid reels with a built-in pallet jack and forklift slots.

Initially, (5) 5-Compartment Stow and Go Hybrid reels are available at the Greensburg warehouse and can be transferred as needed. As additional inventory arrives over the next few weeks, they will be transferred to other locations.

In addition to the new reels, beginning Monday, 11/18/24, updated processes have been introduced for entering parallel reels on sales orders and for managing parallel reel inventory. New items have been created for each type of parallel reel that Scott Electric offers. Each individual parallel reel has been assigned a unique identification number, and all parallel reels will now be handled as “lotted” items, similar to cut wire.
