Hi Parkway -- 

I'm inviting you to a new Bible Study kicking-off this Wednesday at 6pm in Room 126/128 in the Ministry Center that digs into stories about Jesus' interactions with Women.

I'll be drawing from Kenneth Bailey's larger work: Jesus Through Middle Eastern Eyes, which highlights the cultural details that would have had meaning or significance in its day, but we might miss as modern Americans. Bailey has a section within his book about Jesus' interactions with women — each week we will dig deeper into a story or teaching in which Jesus interacts with women in the gospels to see what's hiding beneath the surface and our own assumptions.

I'm looking forward to another great study over the next few weeks.
