Re-emerge on Campus Renewed and Refreshed
Along with a variety of other programming, like Yoga on the Quad, and a new Tiny Habits series, the Wellness Program is offering an 8-week online program called Renew. These opportunities, free to all benefits-eligible faculty and staff, have been curated to help the campus community feel more at ease and welcomed as the majority transition back to working full time in the office. The pandemic has changed the way we have worked for the last 17 months, so the transition back may be bumpy. The Wellness Team is committed to helping you not only survive but thrive this summer and fall.

RENEW this Summer with a New Program
Renew is a program to refresh your mind and body, clarify purpose, and strengthen relationships.
This 8-week program offers strategies for all aspects of well-being — physical, mental, social, and emotional.
Faculty and staff can personalize their experience, focusing on the Renew activities that are the most relevant and inspiring. Then, participants can repeat the activities that work best or mix it up.
When Renew participants log an activity, a serene image in the natural world is revealed. Log two activities a day or 10 a week to reveal awe-inspiring vistas brought to life with subtle animation that gives a sense of being there. Participants are asked to uncover one new scene per week during each of the eight weeks. Those who do are eligible for the Stress Management Wellness Program incentive.
