We just released a new Pending Orders page in LienSys. It gives you a clearer view of orders still in progress, with a lot more detail than the old page and an easier way to search and review everything that's outstanding.
What's New

Better search. Find any pending order faster.

Status and issue indicators. See where each order stands at a glance.

ETA and closing dates. Both now show right on the list.

Expandable details. Open any order for a closer look at the work in progress.

Estoppel orders. View association details, including status, due dates, receipt status, and any identified issues.

Lien Search orders. View provider and department details, including when items were requested and received, plus any identified issues.

Excel export. Download your pending orders and work with them your way.
