You are invited to join with a group of your colleagues to read and discuss How to Lead When You Don’t Know Where You’re Going by Susan Beaumont. Beaumont is a consultant, coach and spiritual director with years of experience in congregations of many denominations across the United States. The book focuses on leadership issues within a liminal (changing, transitional) season. The book has resonance not only because of what the church as a whole has been experiencing for a few years now, but also because of shifts, anxieties, and fears as we respond to the Covid-19 pandemic.

We have added a second time for folks who cannot do daytime meetings. This book group will meet via zoom on Wednesdays in May from 7:00 - 8:15 PM and will be facilitated by Carrie and Nora. We will cover a few chapters each week. The book is easy to read and packed with provocative and discussion-worthy insights. You will need to obtain your own copy (if you need assistance let us know). If purchasing a physical copy, please make sure you order your book as soon as you can - shipping times for even Amazon Prime are longer than usual! We hope you’ll join us – there will be rich discussion! Space is limited to 15 for this evening offering, so please register by April 22nd.

For the previously announced daytime book group, a few slots are left. Register here for the 10:00AM group
