March 2022 Newsletter
Hello Snap2Close Clients,

There is one thing that we can all agree on and that is how crazy and wild our real estate market continues to be. While the market is low on inventory, Snap2Close’s business is booming and we thank you for the many referrals.

Lifestyle/Detailed Photos

So many clients have been requesting Lifestyle photos to be added to their photo packages. In response, Snap2Close ordered some Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM lens kits to accommodate their needs. Kaitlin Kent, our degreed photographer from Georgia, jumped in and trained the staff on how to be wizards of this technique.
These are great photos to add to your photo gallery as they give the viewer an interesting break from traditional real estate photos.

Sales Team

Our Snap2Close team is seriously looking to find a full-time sales representative. We are sharing this with you in case you may know someone who might be interested.

Preferably, this person is or has been a real estate agent and knows how the real estate industry works. The representative will be presenting our services and a wide variety of educational services at offices throughout the Valley. The rep will also attend breakfast meetings and social gatherings held by the various associations here in the valley.

This will be a great job for someone who is outgoing, intelligent, and social. Someone who is a go-getter would do well here.

If you know someone then please have them email Charlie Taylor at Charlie@Snap2Close.com.

Pro Home Tour & Specialized Videos

A few months ago, we introduced you to Seth Klein, our video wonderboy. He just finished shooting some incredible videos and I would like to share them with you.

The first video is long and uses the music of the client’s choice and includes both daylight and twilight drone video clips. At the end of the video is really cool drone fly-through. Well, it looks like it, but that was the result of Seth’s clever skill.

The second video was for a 4765 sq ft home, but the client wanted the video to be two minutes long, and yet show the entire home. He did a great job!

The third video was shot last Saturday for a $12 million dollar listing in Paradise Valley. The video cleverly mixes in daylight video clips with twilight clips.

The last video link is for a special video project that Seth did for one of our favorite clients. I think you will enjoy it.

New Photographer

We would like to introduce you to our newest photographer - Mario Polanco. Mario’s application to enter the US from Guatemala took over 20 years to occur, but now he is here and he brought his excellent photography skills with him. Mario lives in West Phoenix and he and Harald Weinkum will be primarily focussing on the West Valley. However, with our workload, don’t be surprised if you see him in Scottsdale or Chandler. We are all hands on deck here at Snap2Close.

New Features Coming Soon

Matterport’s Cortex AI software has really opened the doors to various types of cameras. Since we already own the most efficient Ricoh Z1 360° camera, we will soon be offering these lower-cost Matterport Tours. The formal Matterport 3D Tour utilizes their Pro250 3D camera with infrared lenses. The new tour using the Ricoh Z1 camera will be called a Matterport 360 tour.
To the average viewer, the Matterport 360 Tour will look just as real and three-dimensional as the Matterport 3D Tour. The company’s Cortex AI software utilizes a technique called photogrammetry to create measurements. However, these measurements are not as accurate as those measured with infrared lenses. The Client will still be able to view a three-dimensional dollhouse view and a floor plan image view. But, it will not be as thoroughly accurate as of the tour shot with the Pro250 camera.

Once launched, we will show you two tours of the same residence so you can see the comparisons.

In closing, let us again thank you for so many great referrals.

If there is anything special we can do for you, let us know.
