Maximize Emergence, Dial Back Rates
These videos highlight why Poly Spike Closing Wheels are soo successful in any soil condition.
As harvest winds down, take time to reflect on what worked this year and what did not. Many guys are keeping their current planter and are looking to just improve what they have. We have found that Poly Spike Closing wheels can make a huge impact of what the end yield result is. Increased emergence, faster emergence, and more uniform emergence. The secret to the poly spikes is how they fracture the side wall compaction, press soil onto the seed, and lock in moisture. If you are looking to increase yield and stack the deck in your favor, get Poly Spike Closing Wheels for 2019!
Cassie's Country Cupboard Weekly Recipe:
Apple Cider Sangria
This recipe will be a hit at any of your upcoming holiday gatherings! Make it non-alcoholic by substituting 3 cups of lemon or orange sparkling water for the wine and eliminate the vodka.
Apple Cider Sangria
3 cups apple cider
1 bottle Pino Grigio (750 ml)
½ c. caramel or vanilla vodka
3 apples, divided
1 orange
  1. Core and chop 2 apples into large pieces. Peel orange, separate into segments, and cut each segment into 2 or 3 pieces. Place fruit in a large pitcher.
  2. Pour apple cider, wine, and vodka over fruit in the pitcher. Refrigerate for several hours.
  3. Just before serving, thinly slice remaining apple to garnish glasses. A cinnamon stick is another great garnish!
