No-Show Listing Addendum

For “Coming Soon” listings, the GPRMLS system includes a “No-Show” status that can be used until a property is available for showings.

If a seller requests that their listing be withheld from the MLS, the Office Exclusive Listing Addendum and the corresponding Listing Agreement must be submitted to the GPRMLS office within two business days of the list date on the Listing Agreement. *Both forms are available on Dotloop, zipForms, and the GPRMLS website
