American-Marsh Set for Facility Upgrades | | | |

Early this year American-Marsh Pumps (AMP) started planning an upgrade to the production layout for the Collierville campus buildings one and three. Currently, the construction drawings are complete and out for final quotes. Once quoting is complete and the final scope defined, we anticipate starting demolition and then construction by the end of the year 2023.
The first goal is for production to be completed and fully operational by the end of the first quarter of 2024. The remaining construction is scheduled for completion by the end of the second quarter of 2024.

Wilo Aftermarket Service Training | Wilo USA held the first Aftermarket Service Training sessions at the Cedarburg, WI headquarters. The training spanned two days with hands-on and classroom-style courses. Upon completion of the service training school team members received training certificates. | | | |

American-Marsh Hosts Nucor Steel & Mechanical Resource Group
Training Class
| American-Marsh Pumps recently held 4 separate trainings for both Nucor Steel and Mechanical Resource Group. During the training classes, there was a tour of the American-Marsh 20-acre campus, production, and test lab. Weil September Agent Training Class | |

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Wilo USA booth during the 2023 WEFTEC tradeshow on October 2nd - 4th. It was a successful 3-day event visiting with current distributors and attendees to discuss the latest from Wilo and the new innovation and solutions for the industry.
During the show, Wilo hosted a successful happy hour and hors o'deurves. On October 4th, Wilo also hosted a factory tour at our headquarters and provided a factory tour along with lunch for many of our distributors.
The water/wastewater industry is at an all-time high and the future is bright, thanks to everyone who stopped by to chat with our staff and we look forward to seeing you at the WEFTEC show next year!

American-Marsh Provides Relief to the City of Germantown
In July of 2023, The City of Germantown Water Department had an emergency at their Southern Water Treatment plant. Over 40,000 residents and countless businesses were without clean water. Due to this emergency, two backup pumps that had not been in service for several years needed to come online to flush the system. Upon turning on the pumps, it was discovered that both pumps were seized.
National Water Services, a partner of American-Marsh Pumps, was called to pull the two pumps. Due to the urgency of the job, a quick turnaround was critical. National Water was able to pull both pumps, which were then transported back to American-Marsh Pumps in Collierville, TN. The entire team at AMP was ready and waiting for them when they arrived. AMP was able to repair the pumps and deliver them back to Germantown, and National Water Service installed the pumps on the same day. We would like to thank all involved at American-Marsh and National Water Service for your hard work to make this possible!

Wilo USA team members held a bake sale to raise money for the Wilo Warrior's team who participated recently in the 2023 Susan G. Komen More Than Pink Walk which was held recently at the Milwaukee Summerfest grounds.
Thanks to all the Wilo team members who participated in the bake sale and who represented the Wilo Warrior's team as we were able to raise $1,000+ for the foundation!

Wilo USA recently held a fundraiser to support the Maui community after the devastating wildfires that took place in August. We selected a local animal shelter, food bank and Hawaiian community foundation to direct our donations to support those effected.
We are proud to announce we have raised nearly $15,000 in donations! Mahalo to those who made contributions!

Wilo and partner BVB recently participated in a youth soccer clinic in Chicago. During the event BVB soccer players and coaches provided soccer lessons to the youth and Wilo USA provided a donation to the Street-Smart Soccer organization.
