LGBTQ Tobacco-Related Cancer Project
Phew!

June, LGBTQ Pride month, was spectacular!

Kudos to our many members who were out at their local Pride events engaging and bringing valuable information to our LGBTQ communities. It was a pleasure to share a weekly digest highlighting what our members were doing at Pride events across the country. Here's some pictures of us at World Pride 2019 in New York City.
We have new customizable Queer ads supporting  Tips from Former Smokers ®

These ads showcase former smokers who are members of our very diverse LGBTQ communities.

Members can co-brand with us or solo-brand these images.

Cancer Screening Ads
Our June webinar, in partnership with Nuestras Voces (Our Voices) Network , featured Dr. Natalie Alizaga, Assistant Professor of Psychology Department at Cañada College. Dr. Alizaga's research assesses factors that influence tobacco and cancer-related health conditions and behaviors among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals, low-income populations, and racial/ethnic minorities. During the webinar, we highlighted Spanish language cancer screening ads above. Click here to view the archived webinar .
OUT PROUD FREE
For Pride, we launched our first national LGBTQ tobacco control campaign: Out Proud Free . The campaign was borne at one of our monthly member events when Colorado requested branding/message concepts for Pride.

Our  Out Proud Free  campaign includes:

  • Social media filters to engage with the diverse identities under the LGBTQ acronym.

  • Logos to brand your Pride materials and swag with Out Proud Vape Free or Out Proud Smoke Free.

If your Pride celebrations happen after June you can still use our filters for Snapchat and Facebook!

Just send us an  email  and we can share these with you.
