New Recruiting Program Pilot and Role Change
Since identifying staffing as the number one issue and limitation to growth, we are happy to announce additional investment in this strategy. The first pillar of successful staffing is to attract a high volume of qualified candidates and successfully convert them. As you know, this takes proactivity and diligence. Then, retaining and cultivating growth within your team ensures your sustainable growth. We believe this program will allow you the necessary focus and energy on retaining and performance management.

We are now testing the opportunity for an in-house Candidate Management and Placement Program that will be led by Christine Ament. Trailblaze Partners has been working with her to launch and support this program for a two-month test.

We are currently reaching out to franchisees that we feel will be a good fit for this pilot program. Based on the program's results, we will provide details on how to participate and the associated costs. Christine is excited to take on this new challenge and to be a part of relief and progress for our franchise owners.
Meet Your New FBA!
In preparation for the shift in focus area for Christine, we have brought in a new Franchise Business Advisor, Sabrina Crane who has been learning our system at Happinest for the past few weeks.

Sabrina comes to us with experience as an FBA trainer for a fitness franchise. She has spent many years as a personal trainer and enjoys meditating, biking, and staying active. She loves the beach and is excited for her son that is leaving for college in the fall.
You will meet Sabrina on August 5th during the Varsity and Ramp Sales Opportunities and Ground Game calls. Following these meetings, she will be reaching out to her assigned franchisees for 1-1 introductions.
Thank you,

Lindsay
